Each provider receives only the data needed for the service described above. We do not yet hold a signed data processing agreement with every provider listed here, and we are working towards putting them in place. Where a provider is located outside India, your data is transferred to that provider as described in section 7.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will action the request on request; deletion removes the data from our live systems, and any residual copies in backups are overwritten on our normal backup cycle rather than on a fixed schedule.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted to authorized personnel via role-based access control. We review our systems for security issues and act on what we find. We do not currently maintain a formal, documented incident response procedure.
Your data may be processed outside India (primarily in the United States via Supabase and Vercel, and via the other providers listed in section 4). Where required, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards for such transfers.
Our service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

If you have a complaint about our data practices, contact our Grievance Officer at grievances@lumifyhq.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as we can. You may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
